What we collect
When you request a quote, book a site visit, or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb, and any project details or photos you choose to share. If you accept a quote and become a client, we also keep job, invoice, and payment-proof records for that project.
Why we collect it
We use your information to prepare and send quotes, schedule and carry out paving work, issue invoices, and respond to your questions. We don't use it for anything beyond running your project with us.
AI paving visualizations
If you upload a photo when requesting a quote, we may use it to generate an AI concept image showing your property with your chosen paving style, delivered as part of your formal quote. The photo and generated image are stored securely and used only for this purpose.
How we store it
Your information is stored securely with our hosting and database providers, protected by access controls. Only Ben's Paving staff can access it — we never sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask us what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it (once any legal or accounting obligations to keep records have passed). WhatsApp or email us to make a request.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies for basic site analytics. You can decline non-essential cookies via the banner on your first visit — the site works fully either way.
